About the Chef

Chef

Name: Yukihiro Ikeda

Birthplace: Tokyo

After honing my skills at a variety of restaurants,
working through Ebisu’s gastronomic Joel Revision,
I served as a chef for 7 years at Nishiazabu Goblin.

While my specialty is fine French cuisine,
I also excel in Italian cuisine that uses only the most simple ingredients.

We use the seasonal ingredients of Minami Boso to their fullest extent
when preparing your Italian cuisine.

Pastry

Yoshinori Yoshino

Birthplace: Minami Boso

Yoshinori Yoshino was born a dairy farmer in Maruyama. He graduated from Ecole Tsuji Tokyo.
He spent 6 years gaining experience at Yokohama Royal Park Hotel.
His maintains an unforgettable love for his hometown to this day.

While having a knack for baking, Yoshinori is also skilled bartender.
With his versatile ability, he presents our guests with beautifully decorated dishes and glasses.
